We offer a 14 day exchange like for like warranty on all of our items.

All of our items do carry warranty markings which must be intact if you are returning an item for exchange.

Please contact our admin team if you wish to discuss any issues that you may have before returning an item back to us.  We do not operate a free returns policy and the buyer is responsible for return postage on all items.

We would always advise that items are returned back using a tracked service and that they are packaged well as any additional damage to items will be deducted from any refund agreed.

If items are purchased as a pair/set/kit etc all parts must be returned back in order for us to be able to offer an exchange.

ECU’s & electrical items are non-refundable as a result of potential damage caused by in-correct fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.

In the event that we do not have stock of an item that you wish to exchange a refund will be offered.

All items that are returned must be unused, with all warranty markings intact.  If this is not the case we may refuse to offer a full refund. 

Any item returned because of buyer error or because it was purchased for fault finding will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our parts.
